Denise Richards and her better half Aaron Phypers have a daily schedule to help them "reconnect."

The entertainer and reality star as of late showed up on Quibi's "The Rachel Hollis Show" where she opened up about her marriage, what she and Phypers never really an ideal opportunity for each other, and utilizing a caretaker to assist with their children.

Richards, 49, shares little girls Sam, 16, and Lola Rose, 15, with ex Charlie Sheen. She received Eloise Joni, 9, as a solitary parent before Phypers, 47, started the selection procedure too.

"There's a great deal we can do ourselves, however, I can't do everything all alone and really it makes me a superior parent having the assistance," Richards said.

Furthermore, the "Genuine Housewives of Beverly Hills" star and her better half take a break of child-rearing once every month to invest some quality energy with each other.

"In ordinary conditions, my significant other and I, we take one end of the week a month, we go to an inn, where it's simply us," she said. "We don't feel remorseful about it and we have our grown-up time and I believe it's a significant thing for any couple to [know] it's OK to reconnect and not feel regretful having your family dealt with."

Truth be told, the "adoration for youngsters" shared by Richards and Phypers fills in as a motivation behind their cause, Quantum Reach.
